The Association of Certified Gaming Compliance Specialists (ACGCS) is proud to announce a new academic opportunity designed to elevate the next generation of gaming compliance professionals.

Those who have completed, or in the process of completing, an ACGCS Certification, are now eligible to receive a one-third (1/3) tuition discount on the Graduate Certificate in Gaming Law and Complianceoffered by Seton Hall Law School. Students who complete the first two courses may be eligible to take the third course at no additional cost, further enhancing the value of the certificate.

The program is delivered 100% online, making it accessible to working professionals across jurisdictions. Each course is structured in 8-week modules, designed to provide focused, practical learning aligned with real-world industry challenges.

The certificate includes three core subject areas:

  • Gaming Law I

  • Casino & Hospitality Law

  • Sports Betting & Fantasy Sports

These courses explore key legal, regulatory, ethical, and policy considerations shaping the modern gaming environment - critical knowledge for compliance professionals navigating increasingly complex regulatory landscapes.

  • Certified Gaming Internal Auditor (CGIA)
